Thats wild to me that just like life is really, really long for some, I guess. And now, all these candidates are saying, Jack, wow, my life is so much easier now. I do want to this sort of base level, shall we say, when you say its nobodys fault. It's a no-win situation. On the other side of the coin, for hiring managers, theyre in a tough spot too, because they have to find that fit and find that person. And then its hard to kind of whittle through it, no matter how great your ATS system or how great an internal recruiter is, when you just have thousands of resumes pouring in, it just becomes overwhelming.
